Safe housing, paired with real support
Transitional Housing gives women and their children a safe, stable place to live while working toward long-term independence. Each resident is paired with individualized case management to build a plan around her specific goals — housing, employment, education, and family stability.
Housing is just the beginning. Residents also have access to our full range of programs: Financial Empowerment, Education & Workforce Development, Personal Growth & Wellness, and Life Skills & Independence Coaching.

Who this program serves
We serve women — with or without children — who are experiencing housing instability and are ready to actively participate in case management, program requirements, and their own goal-setting.
