Our Story

Why we exist

The Inner Home Collective, Inc. was founded to answer a simple but urgent need: women and their children experiencing housing instability deserve more than a bed for the night — they deserve a real path back to stability, dignity, and independence.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, built on the belief that safe housing, paired with education and holistic support, is the foundation from which women can rebuild their lives on their own terms.

💎

Our Vision

We envision a community where every woman facing housing instability has the safety, support, and opportunity to build a stable, independent, and thriving life for herself and her children.

What Guides Us

Our Core Values

Dignity

Every woman and child is treated with respect, compassion, and unconditional regard.

Empowerment

We build skills and confidence, not dependence — helping residents lead their own recovery.

🤝

Community

Healing happens in connection — with staff, mentors, neighbors, and one another.

Hope

We hold hope for every family we serve, especially when they're still finding their own.

Core values shown reflect our founding principles and will be refined alongside our board-approved strategic plan.
